Privacy notice

What we collect, and why
- Account: name, email, date of birth (to confirm you're 18+), city.
- Companion profile: photos, prompts, bio, rates, boundaries, availability. These are shown to customers.
- Bookings & chat: booking details and in-app messages, used to run bookings, resolve disputes and keep people safe.
- Payments: handled by our payment partner. We store only reference IDs and amounts, never card or UPI details.
- Video calls: run by our video provider (Daily) in a private room for each booking. We don't record calls or store their audio or video; we log only when each person joined.
- Reports: what you tell us, to investigate and act on it.
What others see
Profiles show your first name, age, area and the content you add. We never show your email, date of birth, exact address or verification documents. Identity checks are done through an approved verification process, and documents aren't stored on profiles.
Your choices
You can update your profile any time, and request deletion from the profile page. We keep booking and payment records only as long as the law requires.
