Safety & community rules

Strollo is for booking company and help for everyday plans, in person or on a video call. Everyone here is an adult, and every booking is non-sexual, time-bound and agreed in advance.

What's not allowed

• Asking for, offering or hinting at sexual services, or any physical intimacy.
• Anyone under 18, in any role.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, or pressure to go beyond the booked plan or a companion's boundaries.
• Fake profiles, someone else's photos, or impersonation.
• Moving payments or contact off Strollo to avoid fees or protections.
• Asking for a home address or meeting at a private residence.

Breaking these rules gets your account removed, and we may report serious cases to the police.

Meeting safely

• Meet in a busy public place, and get there and home by your own transport.
• Tell a friend where you're going, who with and when you'll be back.
• Keep chat on Strollo until you meet. We hide phone numbers in chat for this reason.
• You can leave at any time. Your safety comes before the booking.

Video calls

• Calls happen only inside Strollo, in a private room for the two of you that closes when the booked time ends.
• No nudity or sexual content, ever. Accounts that break this are removed permanently.
• Don't record or screenshot the other person. Strollo doesn't record calls.
• You can turn your camera off, or leave, at any time. Use “Report” at the top of the call.
• “Talk to me” companions are friendly listeners, not therapists or doctors. If you're struggling, Tele-MANAS is free and open 24×7 on 14416.

If something goes wrong

If you're in immediate danger, call 112. Then use “Report” on the booking or profile. Urgent reports go to the top of our review queue, and a report on a paid booking pauses the payout while we look into it.

Verification means we've checked a person's age and identity. It doesn't guarantee how anyone will behave, so please follow the steps above every time.
