The service

Strollo is a marketplace that connects adults (customers) with independent adults (companions) who offer their time for listed, non-sexual social activities. Strollo is not a party to the activity itself, and isn't a dating or matchmaking service. Payment buys a companion's time for the agreed plan only. It doesn't buy affection, physical contact, exclusivity or any romantic outcome.

Bookings & payment

• The price, duration, place (or video call) and the companion's boundaries are shown before you pay.
• Video calls take place only in Strollo's in-app call. Recording, nudity and sexual content are prohibited.
• “Talk to me” sessions are friendly conversation, not therapy, counselling or medical advice.
• You pay only after the companion accepts. Payments are processed by our payment partner.
• Strollo keeps a platform fee from each booking and settles the rest to the companion after the booking is completed.
• During the pilot, bookings can be free: no payment is taken from customers and companions are not paid through Strollo for those bookings. Prices shown are what the booking will cost after the pilot. We'll tell you before payments start.

Cancellations & refunds

• Customer cancels 24+ hours before the start: full refund.
• Customer cancels later than that: 50% refund.
• Companion cancels or doesn't show: full refund.
• Safety reports and disputes are reviewed by a person, who decides any refund.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts that break our community rules. You can request deletion at any time from your profile.
